United StatesI ordered 2 rings, both at the same time: Genderfluid and Asexual. After a month, my Genderfluid ring gave me updates, but my Asexual one didn’t. I got an update today saying my ring was delivered, but neither of them were at the door or in the mailbox. I have sent 3 emails about this issue, and I never got a response. I ordered 2 rings last year as well, and I never had this kind of a problem. I don’t appreciate how I was lied to and ignored. Will not be buying from this company ever again.

Terrible experience! I’ve sent at least 4 messages/emails to you asking where my purchase is, and you’ve ignored every one of them. The shipping label was created for my order but the order never made it to the post office. Horrible customer service!
